Equito Investing Masterclass
All the secrets of successful investing in our bestselling online course.
Investing has never been as complex, stressful, and unpredictable as it is today. This course will guide you through the landscape and help you become a successful investor.
Fact 1: Most new and semi-experienced investors simply lose money
As renowned investor Howard Marks said, if you think investing is simple, you probably have no idea what you’re doing, and you are on the way to losing money.
Fact 2: The financial world has become super complex and overwhelming
Thousands of financial products, books, online courses, and platforms only lead to having no clue where to start, and things are only getting even more complicated and uncertain.
Fact 3: It’s extremely hard to find good investments, and traditional value investing is almost impossible
Since the majority of investors have similar access to information, and there are many advanced screening tools out there, it’s hard to find hidden investment gems.
But finding good bargains is the key to successful investing.
Fact 4: Investing can bring a lot of new stress to your life
Many new investors are constantly checking their portfolio and the financial news, bringing severe stress into their life.
That means worse, not better, quality of life.
You don’t want to end up without money and energy.
Despite all that… most investors regret not starting to invest sooner

Frequently asked questions
No, you don’t need any prior knowledge of investing. Throughout the course, you’ll build strong foundations and then go step by step through all the necessary building blocks to become a successful investor.
If you already have prior knowledge of investing, you’ll definitely find many advanced videos, as well as a workbook and resources, with which you’ll be able to upgrade your knowledge. You can find the whole curriculum here.
No, you don’t need any accounting knowledge. In this course you’ll learn the basics of reading financial statements (balance sheets, P&L, cash flow statements) and what to focus on as an investor when analyzing them.
In addition, you’ll get recommendations for additional resources if you would like to understand accounting and financial statements even better.
It’s possible that you could learn from the free materials, but to be honest, it’s hard to find high-quality resources. Building your own curriculum can be difficult, overwhelming, and sometimes even chaotic. And you can’t get answers to your questions or get any additional guidance whatsoever. It would most likely take you dozens of hours just to find reliable resources, and then twice as many to put them together in the right context.
Why not save your time and effort, avoid getting lost in the chaos, and rather immediately focus on learning the things that really matter when it comes to investing. We’ve already done the hard work for you, built an outstanding curriculum, and created high-quality content that will give you all the foundations needed to become a successful investor.
Yes, we cover both of these topics in the course. You’ll learn a few different methodologies for selecting stocks and, if you want to be a more passive investor, how to build a strategy and pick a few index funds or ETFs. You’ll also learn the limitations for EU investors and which ETFs are appropriate for European investors, since there are additional regulatory limitations.
The knowledge you will gain from the course is market agnostic and can be applied to almost all countries with developed capital markets. Nevertheless, the content is a bit more focused on the US and European markets.
In the Investing masterclass course, crypto currencies and crypto projects are not covered in detail. The course contains a description of them as an asset class, and describes their key characteristics and the course also provides some valuable lessons on how they fit into your optimal portfolio.
You’ll learn and understand the risks and benefits of adding crypto to your portfolio and whether you should do so or not. In addition, we explain a few strategies, such as the momentum trading strategy, with crypto examples.
Equito is also preparing another course that will cover crypto in detail, where you’ll get some additional resource recommendations for crypto investing.
Actually, you don’t need any money to invest. You can start learning, and when you feel confident enough, you can start investing.
Nevertheless, once you do decide to start investing, it’s recommended that you invest at least 5.000 EUR as a one-time investment in different asset classes, based on the investment strategy that you build during the course, or at least a few hundred per month. The minimum amount is recommended in order to optimize transaction fees.
The only bad news is that you’ll need to put in the work if you want to learn how to invest successfully. Investing is not easy, and you have to commit to acquire a certain level of knowledge and understanding. The good news is that you can learn completely at your own pace.
The total commitment is around 10 hours to go through the videos and workbooks, 2 – 3 hours to open accounts and learn the platform you’ll use for investing, and additional few hours to discuss your investing strategy with other students on our forum. So, in total around 15 – 20 hours and you can set the pace entirely at your own will.
Absolutely. Acquiring knowledge in our online course will give you a good understanding of the financial markets and what your optimal approach to investing should be, so you can easily evaluate the advice from your financial advisor. In addition, you will learn the financial lingo, ask them better questions, and be more confident that you are on the right track.
You can pay the course with a credit card. We’re working on adding other options.
You will get access to the course immediately following the payment. You will receive a link where you will set your credentials and additional instructions on how to login and use the platform. The platform is built on LearnDash, which is one of the most popular platforms for online courses.
You can watch the course on almost any device that has a connection to the internet. You can use your desktop, laptop, a tablet, or a mobile phone. To watch the videos on a mobile phone, you will need to open a mobile browser and login to the Equito platform with your credentials.
Yes. You can post a question in the private Discourse Community (forum), and we’ll provide an answer in a day or so. Once per month we also organize live FAQ sessions with all the students.
No and no. It’s impossible to guarantee profits when it comes to investing. There’s also a chance that you’ll lose money. Past performance never predicts future results, and this course is not about getting rich quickly. In our course you’ll learn how to build a portfolio based on your personal financial situation, and how to mitigate risks and improve your odds to invest successfully.
You’ll also learn why you should have a long-term mindset when it comes to investing, like Warren Buffet and other successful investors do. By joining the course, you’ll have to agree to our disclaimer and acknowledgment statement.
