1. OPENING AND CLOSING AN ACCOUNT

1.2. Closing an account – termination of the contractual relationship
Termination of the contractual relationship and closure of the account is free of charge.
2. BROKERAGE AND EXECUTION OF ORDERS FOR THE PURCHASE AND SALE OF FINANCIAL INSTRUMENTS

4. PLACING OF FINANCIAL INSTRUMENTS WITHOUT A FIRM COMMITMENT BASIS
4.1. Services charged to the issuer of financial instruments:

4.2. Cost of services provided by third parties
Service costs incurred in the preparation and first sale of financial instruments by third parties are charged on the basis of the service provider’s current price list. The costs of third party services are subject to the prior agreement of the issuer of the financial instrument with Equito Ltd.
5. INVESTMENT ADVISORY

6. PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT
6.1. Minimum deposit amount: 10,000 EUR
6.2. Entry fee: Equito d.o.o. does not charge an entry fee
6.3. Izstopna provizija:
- On exit up to the first year: 2.00% + VAT
- On exit up to the second year: 1.00% + VAT
- On exit after two years: 0.00%
Equito d.o.o. does not charge an exit fee when withdrawing from a portfolio in which the client has invested for more than 2 years.
6.4. Annual management fee: 1.00% + VAT
*The annual management fee is calculated quarterly as a pro rata percentage of the average daily value of all assets under management (1.00%/4). It is calculated at the time of each withdrawal request or at the end of the calendar quarter.
6.5. Performance fee: 10.00% + VAT
Performance fee accounted for at the end of the calendar year. In the event of a distribution of surplus above the high-water mark each time, the basis for calculating the performance fee shall be the amount of funds paid in or the highest portfolio value achieved each time, after an accounting of expenses on the date of the distribution of surplus and before the last distribution of surplus.
The methodology for calculating the surplus sharing is available to clients at the registered office of the Company.

Warning:
VAT is not charged under Article 44(4)(e) of the Slovenian VAT Act (ZDDV-1), except on services where it is indicated, at the rate of 22%.
