2.1. Primary market

4.2. Cost of services provided by third parties
Service costs incurred in the preparation and first sale of financial instruments by third parties are charged on the basis of the service provider’s current price list. The costs of third party services are subject to the prior agreement of the issuer of the financial instrument with Equito Ltd.
